Carbery exit the County Senior Football Championship   10/08/2014

Carbery interest in this years County Senior Football Championship ended in Cloughduv today folling a defeat to Ballincollig on a score of 3-15 to 1-11.
Ballincollig dominated the first half in which Carbery performance was sluggish. Carbery failed to match Ballincollig intensity during the half. Ballincollig led at half time by 2-8 to 0-6.
During the third quarter Carbery increase their intensity by taking the game to Ballincollig at one stage reducing the lead to one point game. Ballincollig recovered their composure to take contol of the game in the final 10 minutes to run out winners on a score of 3-15 to 1-11

Scores: Mark Sugrue 0-5 (0-2f), Declan Barron 1-2, Colm O Driscoll, Stephen Coughlan, Peter Daly, Shane O Neill 0-1 each.
